I think saying that it is freezing in New England right now would be an understatement. Seriously, we're in single digit degree territory! Brrrrrr
As a girl who always wears skirts and dresses, adapting my wardrobe to stay super warm has been a little challenging.
I've found that it is all about layering. I usually wear a heavy coat over a sweater over a blouse and a scarf/gloves/earmuffs. That way, I can stay warm indoors and out.
